• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. We ship worldwide. Very accurate shipping rates are calculated for most countries.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All of the xSTIK Merch Store items are made on order. We are not keeping them in stock. So please allow one week extra for the products to be printed and shipped.

  Once shipped, most domestic orders inside the US take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please wait patiently for your order to arrive. Thank you.

• Where are the items being shipped from?

  Mostly from US, Latvia, Spain and Poland.

  All artwork is original and made by the xSTIK Official Team. We own all the rights for everything related to xSTIK Figure or the xSTIK Brand. Our Artist & Designer Sumi Stik is our visual & creative genius. All product designs and arrangements by Michael Stik.
